  • From Surviving to Thriving

    If you’re feeling on the verge of burnout, or worry you're putting work before you (and the life you want to be living) this is the programme for you

    Over six months together we will focus on what you want work & life to look like, find your confidence and motivation for work and create a healthy and realistic balance between work and your personal life. A long with this you will develop all the resilience & self-care tools you need.

    10 x fortnightly 60 minute sessions

    1 x 90 minute session to conclude

  • Resilient Leadership

    For charity leaders who want to not only create change for themselves, but who want to develop as a positive leader and create a healthy work environment for their teams.

    The first six months will focus on your development as a leader, and how you can both prioritise your wellbeing, and develop a positive work culture for your team.

    The second half of the year will focus on embedding what you have learnt in your practice and addressing any challenges as they arise.

    16 x 60 minute session fortnightly to monthly
